Seek. Know. Do. from Carmel Baptist on Vimeo.

Seek. Know. Do.

1. Seek God's Will - Matthew 6:33, Psalm 37:4
To seek God’s will is to seek God. His will for you is not the dot on the map, but the map. When you seek Him first, and make decisions based upon his revealed will, you are on the map and more than one specific fits the order.

2. Know God's Will - Romans 12:1-2
Give all that you are to him (Your ambition, your checkbook, your future). Then you will be able to discern or know what you seek; that God’s will is for you to obey him, and please him.

3. Do God's Will - 1 John 5:3
For the believer, God’s will is to obey him and please him. His will is not a burden, but is the ultimate source of joy.
For the non-believer, God’s will to know him through Jesus, and begin to obey and please him.
